These past two weeks I've been working out a lot more trying to get ready for BMT, and just now as I finished watching Undisputed (thanks @Sense-Offender) I realized that my diet is still way out of control and I've been drinking more soda than water. No wonder I've felt weak.

What's the function for you sig again? You sued to have it written, but it's gone.
this._x += 4 and this._y = Math.sin((this._x + -60)/ 40)*25 + 30 goes on the movieclip that moves in the sine wave pattern, plus a little script to make it return to the left side of the screen once it reaches the far right. line_mc.lineTo(_root.mc._x, _root.mc._y) to draw the lines, with a script to change the color for each new line. I could send you the .fla if you want but the variable names are kind of a mess.
